THE TRAUMA MAP SESSION
LOCATE BEFORE YOU MOVE
FROM ROOTS TO RESPONSE
LET'S START WITH UNDERSTANDING
Most people rush into healing without knowing where they are.
But clarity is not found in urgency.
What feels like resistance, delay, or confusion
is often disorientation—not failure.
The Trauma Map™ Session exists to help you
locate yourself accurately—so you can choose support
that fits your current capacity, not your pressure.
This is orientation before depth.
Navigation before commitment.
Understanding before action.
What the Trauma Map™ Is
The Trauma Map™ is a trauma-aware coaching and orientation framework designed to help you locate yourself in your healing journey—without diagnosis, pressure, or self-judgment.
It is not therapy.
It is not a mental health assessment.
It is not trauma processing.
It is a guided orientation session that helps you make wise, grounded decisions about support.
Think: compass, not excavation.

THE LENS WE USE
The Trauma Map™: Orientation Before Movement
In this session, we work with a structured navigation framework that identifies where you are within distinct zones of healing:
DISORIENTATION
confusion, overwhelm, or self-blame without clarity
RECOGNITION
insight emerging, but pacing still forming
STABILIZATION
increased regulation and sustainable rhythm
INTEGRATION
responses feel chosen, not automatic
STEWARDSHIP
capacity to carry your story without strain
The framework is experienced gently and sequentially—never forced or interpreted beyond capacity.

-
• Feel unsure what kind of support you actually need
• Have insight but feel misaligned in healing spaces
• Want clarity before committing to deeper work
• Value nervous-system safety and ethical pacing
• Prefer orientation over emotional exposure
This is especially supportive if you’ve been carrying pressure to “heal faster” than your system allows.
